Soma Sanctuary is no longer just a day — it is a journey.

Over four sacred days, we soften time, deepen trust, and move slowly enough for true transformation to take root. This retreat is designed as a living initiation, guiding you back into your body, your breath, and your innate wisdom.

THE WORK

Breathwork, Yoga & Sacred Ceremony

Each day we weave together kundalini yoga, conscious connected breathwork, sound healing, and somatic practicesto gently and powerfully guide you inward.

Sacred Medicines
We work with ceremonial cacao and hapé, offered with respect and consent. These ancestral allies support grounding, heart coherence, clarity, and presence. Participation is always optional.

Sound & Frequency
Sound plays a central role throughout the retreat. Voice, instruments, and vibration help regulate the nervous system, unlock emotional pathways, and guide the body into deeper states of receptivity.

Hands-On Healing & Somatic Support
During selected sessions, facilitators may offer hands-on energetic or somatic support to assist the release of stored tension and emotional holding.

Silence is invited during deeper journeys so each participant can fully enter their inner landscape. Movement, sound, laughter, tears, or stillness are all welcome expressions. We honor personal boundaries and free will at all times.

CUISINE

Fresh, nourishing, predominantly plant-based meals are provided and thoughtfully designed to support the nervous system and integration, with special dietary needs accommodated when advance notice is given.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
